Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Custom-sized or used items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order.
Share your order number, reason for return/exchange, and pictures if applicable.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
Return shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In case of a defective, damaged, or wrongly sent item, we’ll bear the shipping charges and offer a free replacement or full refund. Please report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method or via bank transfer for COD orders.
